The Discovery Call
Thirty minutes. We learn what's broken, what's working, and what's actually urgent. You leave with a clearer picture of your operational priorities — whether or not we end up working together.
II.
Scoping & Proposal
Within a few days of the call, we send a scoped proposal: which services, which deliverables, which timeline. Month-to-month or three-month engagements. No surprise fees. No bundled services you don't need.
III.
The First Thirty Days
We start with a rapid assessment — charts, workflows, system access, open audits, assessment backlog, credentialing status. By day fifteen you'll see the first fixes. By day thirty, the systems start running themselves. That's the point.
